CV – Curriculum Vitae

Your CV is an important tool for selling yourself. Here are several tips on what you should and should not include into your CV:

• Your CV should emphasize your skills, qualities and experience
• You should include facts and figures relevant to the job position
• Do NOT include negative things
• You should let a native speaker check your English CV
• You should include your real language level
• Put your contact information to the top of your CV
• Your CV should be short – the maximum is two pages
• Do NOT use contractions or initials
• You should use "dynamic” and "action” words (e.g.: managed, accomplished...)
